RETURNS & PROCESS:
- We can accept returns of any of our products (except customised items and commercial orders) within 30 days of purchase. Customised products cannot be returned due to the nature of the product, unless there is a fault or damage.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and with all tags attached in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of used.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund or exchange.
- We offer refund on items that were sold in original price. All items with 30% off or higher are considered as final sale and they are non-refundable.
- The e-store credit coupon code will be issued for the amount of the pieces returned excluding the original shipping cost.
- We do not accept refund or exchanges for any items purchased by store credit.
- The shipping cost incurred for returning items to Shade and Beyond for an exchange, an e-store credit coupon or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website https://shadeandbeyond.com and send to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
EXCHANGES (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS:
- In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
- Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for store credit or refund. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
